The app works in concert with the DealerPreviews web platform.

ACTIVITY
View all recent activity that resulted from either consumer or employee engagement with the DealerPreviews web platform. The Activity page alerts you of new reviews received, consumer communication and referrals, as well as employee profile updates.

ENGAGEMENT
View details of consumer engagement with the DealerPreviews web platform. Consumers can connect with dealership employees via phone or email, and can share employee profile pages and can also refer-a-friend. Employees can respond to consumers directly from the app.

EMPLOYEE PROFILE
Dealership employees can edit their profile from within the app, view personal performance, view dealership leaderboards, view customer survey activity, as well as view all reviews written about them. A simple and effective way for dealership employee to keep a pulse on their own professional reputation.
