Dealsorter is different than others. It is a simple mobile app with a social media feel. It has a new age visual design for a better adoption of new age users.

It is not only the visual design. The whole CRM experience of sales reps is different in Dealsorter. It does not force users to update multiple CRM records at certain points in their daily life. Instead, Dealsorter gives them the space and freedom to use CRM whenever they feel like, in a much easier and faster fashion.

‘Activity Cards’ generated from sales reps’ recent emails, events or calls enable this. They simply select the activity that needs to go in CRM. Then Dealsorter gathers all related information in an easy cycle and it’s all sorted.

We call it ‘Get Sorted’ cycle.

Meet ‘Get Sorted’: A new concept that enables sales reps to use activity cards to manage CRM records in easy cycles and provide all sales related information effortlessly.

All sales reps have to do in Dealsorter is to select the activity card that should go into the CRM. Then the user is taken to the Get Sorted cycle.

The Get Sorted cycle gathers the information relating to the contact of this activity and enables all data such as person, lead, account or deal to be kept up-to-date. It also helps to manage lead conversion, potential duplication and logs activity notes in a step by step fashion. Once the cycle is complete, everything related to this activity gets sorted.
