Deedles makes doing things for friends, neighbors and the world easy and fun.

Deedles is not about money. It is a social experiment based on the idea that humans love doing things for each other.

Needs: Ask for anything you need. Your posts can be targeted at trusted groups of friends, family, local neighbors, or people half the world over. Need to borrow a bike for the day? No problem, your neighbors probably have one to lend you! Need to know if it's sunny at the beach or all fogged in? No problem, someone's at the beach who can let you know before you head down there. Want a fun anime drawing of your friend to put on her birthday card? Someone out there has that talent and can draw it for you! Deedles doesn't use money so the only thing you have to offer is Karma.

Deeds: Discover deeds that you want to do and get to work! Some are easy and fun, some might require a talent, some might be a simple task of lending your neighbor a hand. Earn Karma by doing all kinds of things - lending items to others, providing recommendations to people seeking advice, sending pictures or videos of your talents, posting information about local events, or asking someone in your group of friends to help you out.

Deedles can be a fun way to engage with the world! Find out what someone is having for lunch in another country, send out challenges, request someone sing a song in another language, etc...

Groups: Create groups to limit who can see and respond to Needs. For example, create a "Soccer Friends" group and post "Need two more players for Saturday's game" and the first 2 that accept are in! Create a "8th Grade English" group and post "Missed school, need notes and homework assignment" and the first to accept sends you the goods. Or for parents, create a "School Parents" group of known trusted people and if you can't pick up your kid at school, post to the group and the first parent who can accepts it can take on the task.
