Growing up in a family of jewelers has drawn my attention towards putting time and effort into what I like to do best. Seeing generations before me working with passion since the 1940’s, has inspired me to have a part in my family business and create jewelry on my spare time.

I would like to consider myself as the creative artsy type and that is something that this career offers. I love to draw and create new ideas as well as to discover the history and jewelry making traditions of ancient cultures, so the jewelry business was a great fit for me. I remember the times I used to help them out with little things like attaching the chains to the necklaces and polishing whatever needed to be polished. When I was around six, I decided to create my own piece of jewelry, and so I picked up all the tools and supplies needed to make my own ring, and I sat there in front of the table and worked on the entire day. Here and there I asks for a little assistance, but overall it was my effort. When I finished it I felt a sense of accomplishment that I’ll never forget. Ever since then my love for this career grew more, and now I have decided to study marketing to expand my business even more.

I grew in the artistic environment, surrounded by jewelers and designers and choose to be a part of my ancestors business. My family members help me to run this shop which is located in Los Angeles , CA. I work with my grandpa Karbis, my father Harry and uncle Greg.When it comes to cutting pipes, melting metal, casting , soldering, I ask for help. My role in the business is designing, sketching, making CAD design, carving wax models, filing, polishing, laser engraving, taking the pictures, creating the website and also customer service.

First comes the sketch, the idea which I translate in to computer generated 3d model using Rhino 3D Design software that let me design virtual 3D jewelry and create photo- realistic images of my designs.Each ring in my shop is made individually per order.

I would like to introduce the new fine jewelry addition to my collection. It's called Ederra - meaning beauty in the Basque language. I believe that every women should have the opportunity to indulge sensibly and to express their unique taste and personalities.

We are using gold purchased from the local suppliers. All jewelry have a metal karat weight, such as 14k. Some very delicate pieces can not be stamped due to the nature of it's design.
Gemstones are purchased from registered members of AGTA. The membership is permitted to those dealers who conduct business in accordance with strict AGTA's code of ethics.There is no GIA or EGL certificate for diamonds, because of the small sizes.

I work with customers and take all their opinions into consideration when creating the product to ensure that it’s exactly how they want it to be. My favorite part of this entire process, is making the actual rings. I work with many different materials such as wood, cobalt chrome, meteorite, titanium, damascus steel, mokume gane, carbon fiber, black zirconium, tungsten, ceramic, white gold, yellow gold, palladium, and sterling silver. Each one has its own specifications that I have to work around because no two metals or materials are alike. Using the best products and quality performance with endless options.
