The Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines, through its Disaster Risk Reduction Management System (DRRMS) Team and in partnership with Save the Children, developed a mobile and web application called Rapid Assessment of Damages Report (RADaR). One of the Comprehensive School Safety building blocks that collects Post-Disaster Damage and Needs Assessment. School management committees, designated focal points, and other authorized enumerators can download latest survey questions, submit responses, receive automated reports, and contribute to database systems managed by their national education authorities or partners.
