►Who will treat me at DERMAFY?
You will be exclusively treated by highly qualified, competent dermatologists practicing in Germany. Our dermatologists have extensive professional experience and are always up to date with the latest scientific advancements through continuous education.



►What can I have treated at DERMAFY?
Our dermatologists with years of professional experience treat everything related to your skin, hair, nails, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Mole screening: Detecting dangerous moles.
Acne.
Eczema.

Fungal infections (e.g., nail fungus, foot fungus).

Certainly. You can specify in the app whether the diagnosis is for yourself or another person.



►What does a treatment cost?
A treatment by our specialists costs €24.90. For this price, you will receive a competent diagnosis, an individualized and tailored therapy recommendation, as well as the issuing and sending of a private prescription directly to your home, if needed. All services are invoiced according to the Physicians' Fee Schedule (GoÄ) and are covered by private health insurance companies. The costs of the medications are also covered by private health insurance.



►What happens if no diagnosis can be made?
In 95% of cases, we can provide a clear diagnosis. If, despite good-quality images and a completed questionnaire, we are unable to provide a diagnosis, we will refund the costs to you in full, of course.



►How can I make the payment?
You can easily pay via PayPal, SEPA direct debit, or debit/credit card.



►Who is behind DERMAFY?
DERMAFY is backed by the team of Hautzentrum Dr. Pfeifer (rated 1.2 on the doctor portal Jameda, with the predicate "highly trustworthy"). Brothers Frederic and Sebastian are passionate dermatologists. They often received photos from their circle of acquaintances, asking for initial assessments of skin problems. This led to the idea of creating a simple skin check app.
