The dermatological examination is done in a few simple steps in just a few minutes. First, you choose the issue and fill out a detailed questionnaire to help dermatologists determine your therapy. Then, you add photos necessary for the dermatologists to make a diagnosis. The dermatologist will then contact you as soon as possible.

We use pre-authorization of payments, so payment is only processed if a diagnosis is possible through the application. If your card does not support pre-authorization, the payment will be taken from your account immediately but returned if a diagnosis cannot be made.

We offer two treatment packages: Basic and Premium. The Basic package includes a dermatologist's examination, opinion, and a private prescription for treatment. The Premium package includes an analysis of your skin type and a personalized skincare routine.
