* Can view and Monitor service status

Users Can:
* Check Available desks and book desks.
* View their desk bookings
* Update their Desk bookings
* Release their Desk
* Find Coffee Shops Nearby

Trust Admins:
Admin can manage notifications so their trust users are up to date on any planned maintenance work or any unplanned site issues.
* Add Notification
* Update Notifications for Users
* Remove Notification when site is up
