UPnP Peek may be good for streaming, when it works. However, since that is a rare occurrence, I highly recommend staying away from this app.

UPnP Peek will automatically detect the location of any compatible media servers on a local network and list them on the opening Media Servers screen. If the URL of a media server's device description XML document is known, this may be manually entered in the Device Description search box and UPnP Peek will attempt to locate it.
