My motivation for compiling this audio book was out of personal need. First off, I have vision problems. The trip to Tijuana was to see an ophthalmologist. My vision is so bad that I shouldn’t be driving in the states let alone in Mexico. So renting a car and driving over the border was NOT an option.

And second, I wanted to explore Rosarito and Ensenada. After all, I was coming to Tijuana so I wanted to see as much of the area as possible. This meant that I had to figure out how to get to all of these places using public transportation. This can be done with a lot of print-outs from the internet; but as I soon discovered, it wasn’t easy to refer back to later. Even using Google maps doesn’t give details or recommendations.

As a bonus, this app includes 35 descriptive photos with captions, so you know what to look for before you even get there! Also, most chapters are short, so no scrolling though a long file to find what you need.
