The software has been designed and programmed to work just like a Lego set. Blocks of information can be easily added to increase complexity, or removed to simplify things. All of the blocks work together in unison, and can be tailored to provide exactly the level of detail required.

Finance
Finance can get complicated. It’s one of the main reasons there's a need for appraisal software. You get access to the full suite of finance options as standard. This allows you to set up the finance calculation to match your real world offers.

Message
The app has it’s own messaging environment. Avoid separate, confusing email threads. Conversations can be started directly within the app, from the item in question.

Change Log
It’s easy to make changes to an appraisal, but it’s important to keep track of them for auditing in the future. The app handles this for you and you can quickly review a Change Log to see how the project has progressed. Easily filter the Change Log to show changes made by a specific user, a specific time period or combine the two to get just the results you want.

The software requires a subscription, however, for the first account created on each device you can enjoy a 7 day free trial. Just create an account and away you go. When the trial ends you can easily subscribe through the app, or, if you’re part of a team you can get in touch to be invoiced for multiple licenses.

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. They are auto-renewing subscriptions. You can amend subscriptions through your settings.
