DI Touch Point

Use the Desk Intelligence Touch Point app for free to process incoming visitors into Desk Intelligence. You can also use the app to capture resident signatures when picking up packages.

Direct incoming visitors to tap the "Sign In" button to begin the visitor workflow. Once the workflow is completed, the information will populate on the web dashboard for confirmation.

To sign out packages, select the kiosk name from the web interface. The resident can review the packages they are retrieving and uncheck any that are no applicable. Once reviewed, they can sign the signature area and tap "Complete."

This app may ask for permission to use the camera. This permission is required if you wish to capture visitor photos.

This app may ask for permission to send notifications. This permission is required to sign out packages.
