Temporary Staff Union is a national labor organization that helps its employees and their families with health benefit plans and affordable. With the Temporary Union personnel do not have to pay more for benefits and quality services. Our members can acquire benefits and services, such as worker's compensation benefits, health benefits and retirement plans.

Temporary Staffing Union is a 501(c)(5) tax-exempt, national labor organization that represents its members in terms of wages, working environment, hours, grievances and offers a number of benefit plans and business services to its members through an agreement with their employers. Structured as a legally compliant ECE (Entity Claiming Exception) as per section 3(40)(A)(i) of ERISA, we offer discounted membership dues.
