We are a small company who over the past 10 years have been working on cutting out all single use plastic. All the products we serve are in recyclable and decomposable packaging. We are always working with our suppliers to cut down on waste and packaging. All the cooking oil we use is never filtered, the reason for this is to make sure you always get great tasting food, filtering the oils loses the flavour. The oil is recycled and used as bio fuel.
