App Store Description

The application integrates BMI calculation, daily calorie calculation and all-round calorie management, aiming to help you plan your diet scientifically and easily monitor your health status.

Through BMI (body mass index) calculation, you can quickly understand your weight health status;
Daily detailed calorie records and analysis allow you to know every meal and every bite, and easily grasp the calorie balance in your diet.

----- Information-----
• BMI - Body Mass Index (BMI) is weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared and can be used to screen for weight categories: underweight, healthy weight, overweight and obesity.

Because BMI does not take into account a person's body shape or weight composition, and does not directly measure body fat, it can only provide a rough guide and actual physical condition still needs to be based on medical explanations.
