prominent position in the cultural scene in our performing arts. This instrument has deep roots in our Indian heritage and further emphasizes the diversity of our twin islands.

In consideration of this Digital Business took the step to create the Digital Tassa App whereby
showcasing the company’s commitment to national pride and culture. In creating the App our company aims to highlight the evolution of technology and its ability to emphasize and promote our diverse heritage by showcasing the traditional in a modern way.

The Digital Tassa App is the only Tassa App that is officially and exclusively endorsed by the Trinidad and Tobago Tassa organization. This innovative app features instant access to the range of the Tassa family including the Dhol (heavy Bass Drums), Tassa Drums and Cymbals. The app provides an immersive environment to experience the vibrant and tantalizing sounds of this unique percussion instrument.

The app includes the following features:

• Three instruments comprising the Tassa family; Dhol, Cymbals and Tassa Drums

• Support of multi-touch; you can now play chords using multiple fingers

• Support rolls; you can now perform rolls easily with one finger

• The ability to play various rhythms such as Tikora, Wedding Hand, Nagaara, Chutney, Soca and Dingolay
