Using the Diliva App is really easy, here's how it works; 1. Download Diliva Customer App from Apple Store and sign up with your details. 2. Login and select the destination you would like to send your package to and where you would like the Diliva Agent to pick from. 3. You will get an automated fare estimate for distance to be covered. 4. Make payment by cash or card. 5. The app automatically matches you with the nearest delivery associate closest to your location. 6. You can track every process of the delivery (from pickup to delivery).
