As a customer, download the app, provide all the name, phone number and location where the garments to be picked up and pickup time. Raise a pickup request by submitting the information. You will be confirmed from the technician from store front about the accepting of pickup request. Rider comes to your location, collect the garments after inspection, and feed the details into the rider app. All the details will be shown to you for confirmation. Rider also gives the physical bill for confirmation if required.

Rider takes the garments to the factory where they get services with latest inspection methods. Once they get serviced, garments will be delivered to the customer

You can pay the rider either in cash, or online through the app. Once the payment is done, you will be confirmed with the proper notification. You can also check in the app.

At any point of time in the whole process, as a customer, you can check the status of the order. Also, you can submit the feedback to the business for improving the quality of service.
