Dipasc - Quotes

Using the Quotes-app, quotes can be created, sent, copied and the customer reaction can be registered. At the end of the workflow, a project can be created from a quote.
Using the Report with extensive selections you can easily create Pdf’s about your quotes. View your quotes per status and month using the Dashboard.
Manage the documentation of your quotes and share it with you colleagues.

Every option of the Quotes-app has an extensive help function, just tap the question mark in front of the option.

WORKFLOW
The Quotes-app supports a workflow of creating, verifying, sending and registering the customer reaction. Using this workflow ensures the integrity and quality of your data.

MASTER DATA
All data like customers, employees, activities and many more are managed using this app.
The following master data is managed:
- Customers and customer categories
- Employees and employee categories
- Payment terms
- Tax codes
- Holidays
- Raises
- Colors
- Images
- Activities
- Resources
- Breaktimes
- Invoice Layouts

DOCUMENTS
Using the Report and the Dashboard Pdf’s can be created. These Pdf documents are also shared across all your devices. You can upload your own documents. Every document can be attached to a customer and quote, this way you can manage your quotes and related documentation.

SETTINGS
The Quotes-app is extremely flexible, you can setup a large number of settings to meet your requirements. For example you can setup:
- quote numbering and formatting
- default expiration in days
- the image quality to be used
- how much historical information you want to view
- the language the app should run
- the paper size you use
- the used addresses format
- the currency and distance unit (kilometers or miles) is automatically determined using your device local settings

MULTIPLE DEVICES
All data is automatically synchronized across all your devices, the number of devices is unlimited.

UNLIMITED
All data is unlimited, you can create as many quotes for as many customers as you need. There is no limit.

DIPASC BUSINESS SUITE
The Quotes-app is part of the Dipasc Business Suite and shares data with all other apps of the Dipasc Business Suite, but this is not mandatory or needed.
The Quotes-app functions totally on itself, it doesn’t need any of the other apps to function. If you for example don’t want to use invoicing, you simply don’t use the Invoice-app, you only use this Quotes-app to manage your quotes as mentioned above.
With the Dipasc Business Suite you can support the entire business process from creating quotes, setting up a project planning through invoicing and business intelligence. Dividing support of the business process into separate apps gives you the flexibility to support that part of your business process you want to support, using that particular app. Instead of one big cumbersome app where you must decide what subscription fits your need best.
