DLT eForm iFound

กรมการขนส่งทางบกเปิดช่องทางใหม่ผ่านทาง แอปพลิเคชัน DLT eForm เพื่อให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลการให้บริการและสถานที่ให้บริการของกรมการขนส่งทางบก ข้อมูลเกียวกับขั้นตอนการยืนเอกสาร หลักฐานประกอบการยื่นเอกสาร ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ และอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ และที่สำคัญยังมีแบบฟอร์มให้กรอกข้อมูลโดยใช้สมาร์ตโฟน และส่งข้อมูลออกไฟล์เป็น PDF ไปยังอีเมล์เพื่อนำไปยื่นยังสำนักงานของกรมการขนส่งทางบกที่สะดวกไปติดต่อ



*หมายเหตุ การกรอกข้อมูลบน Tablet และ Mobile ไม่รองรับหน้าจอในแนวนอน เนื่องจาก On-Screen Key Board จะบดบังพื้นที่ในการกรอกแบบฟอร์ม ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานไม่สะดวกในการกรอกข้อมูล

Department of Land Transport (DLT) provides quick access to DLT Services and DLT Forms. DLT’s customers can download and install DLT eForm Application into their smartphones or tablets to find DLT’s offices location, services and pre-fill many DLT’s form.

DLT Forms - To safe time, customers can pre-fill forms using DLT eForm Application from their smartphones or tablets instead writing it down on paper at DLT’s offices. Any filled-in forms are sent out to customer’s email as pdf attachments. Customers can then print them-out and bring the printed papers to the nearest DLT’s offices to be processed by DLT’s staff.

DLT Services - Using DLT’s eForm App, customers can conveniently find DLT’s many services and contact information. Customers can now better prepare the necessary documents and understand its process before visiting DLT’s offices.
