What is it about?
Couldn't get much simpler than this. Tap in the DMX address you'd like to set your DMX device to, and DMX to DIP will tell you which switches to flip on your device's dip. Have a device already set up and don't know the DMX address? No problem... DMX to DIP also works in reverse. Flip the switches to see what the resulting DMX address is.
