App Store Description

Docuflair Scan is a unique app for quickly taking and sharing photos and documents. The app is a mobile scanner for Docuflair's Server Services that provides the following features:

+ Scan to destinations from address books (e-mail, location, fax)
+ Workflows with barcode recognition
+ Connection to DMS systems
+ Browse locations
+ QR codes for automatic distribution of documents

The Docuflair App is particularly suitable for documentation purposes, where (recurring) recordings need to be transferred to specified target systems. The transmission of the images takes place in the background, if desired only when a connection to a WiFi is established. As an option, it is possible to enter a subject for the photos to be transmitted. The subject can also be filled automatically by photographing a QR code or barcode.

The number of photos to send and the size of the image data can be limited in order to reduce the data capacity required for transmission.

Docuflair supports two different capturing methods:

+ photos
Takes photos of objects or people that do not require any further processing before the photos are transmitted.

+ Document scan
Searches for page margins and edges. Cuts out all the relevant content and performs a perspective correction while still on the smartphone. The recognition of the margins can be reworked by the user, even rotation of the recorded pages are possible.

To ensure the best possible data protection and confidentiality, the captured photos are not stored in the Google or smartphone manufacturer's photo gallery, only in the application itself. If, for example, a company's own SMTP server or a Windows share is used as the scanning target, the photos remain in a trustworthy environment all the time.

The images themselves remain stored on the smartphone for a configurable period of time and can be shared again if necessary.
