Requesting your DOD Service is easy – here’s how it works in 3 steps:
Step 1:
- Just open the app and register.
- The app uses your location, so your delivery partner knows where to go for pick up or change the address for a different location.
- Tell us what we’re picking up.
- Some pictures to have an idea.
- Upload your purchase receipt if you want us to pick it up for you while you can do something else.

Step 2:

- Tell us where we are delivering and who will receive it or just enter; I’ll be there or just leave on the porch, etc.

Step 3:

- Select the most appropriate service for your needs, whether: Car, Cargo Van or Pickup Truck

You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details and can track their arrival on the map and/or app notification.

After the service you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the DOD experience.
