Doe Scan is a handy App for your vicinity look up. Doe Scan App works in concert with QR codes as well as SmartDoeTM broadcasters in a hyper-local setting. 

However, to be able to access SmartDoeTM signals via Doe Scan App, a Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) enabled smart phone is required. 

In real life situation, a QR code is placed for visibility and at all time waiting there to be scanned, users scan it with Doe Scan and will be ushered into a designated landing page via users’ smart phone. 

The SmartDoeTM broadcaster serves the same purpose as QR code, but works like an invisible “QR code over the air” for Doe Scan App installed in a Bluetooth 4.0 enabled smart phones. 

SmartDoeTM silently broadcasts a short form URL covering a premises of 150 meter (500 ft) diameter; therefore with just a few SmartDoeTM broadcaster strategically deployed by marketers, an entire shopping mall or physical stores will become a Doe-Mall or Doe-Shops, with abundance of opportunities for SoLoMo interact in commerce or in social.
