The mixed-use development is composed of two main structures:
• An elliptical row of 12-storey residential buildings that surround a landscaped garden. A 4-storey podium shopping centre and Wonder Dome theme park built under the garden.
• A single slender 30-storey hotel tower. The Sky Lounge on top offers an uninterrupted view of Doha’s cityscape.
