This mobile app has been developed to provide greater convenience to our valued customers and be one step closer to them. The app provides them the following valuable benefits.

User Registration:
Registration of user is required for ordering feature. A user can register by using phone, name, CNIC number and CNIC images both front and back side. A 6 digit code is sent to user phone number for verification of phone.

Forex Rates:
All of our customers need to know the Forex rates prevailing in the market. This is the basis for all transactions taking place at exchange companies in Pakistan. The Forex rates in Pakistan are volatile and keep changing throughout the day. The app provides our customers a very easy way (just one click) to keep aware of the Forex rates prevailing in the market. The customers currently have to call or visit a branch to get this information.

Currency Converter:
Currency converter helps a customer to convert one currency into any other currency without a calculator. It helps the customer to quickly know the amount of local currency that would be required to purchase the desired amount of a foreign currency. Or the amount of local currency which they can receive by selling the foreign currency which they have.

Branch Locator:
Branch locator menu helps the customers to find the location of 3 nearest branches of Dollar East Exchange. It also helps the customer to navigate and arrive at the desired branch without any hassle. For this feature the app require the location permission to locate and direct the user to the nearest Dollar East branch from their current location. The app also shows the location of all branches throughout Pakistan. The app uses the help of Google maps for direction services.

It also informs the customers about the process involved and documents required for availing each service. Hence the customers can get the information from app and bring the required documents with them so that they do not face any problem/delay when they arrive at the branch. The user can go and read the information anytime and from anywhere.

News and Promotions:
The app has a menu called news and promotions. News and promotions keep the user updated about any news, Promotions or offers given by the Company.

Feedback:
Customers can use this feature to interact with the company before, during, and after the transaction.
1. Before availing a service, the customers can raise inquiries and ask questions to get additional information about the company’s products and services.
2. While availing a service, the customers can ask questions about the status of their order/transaction. Such as if the demand draft they order is ready for collection or the TT they order has been executed or not.
3. After the transaction, the customers can reflect upon the quality of service they received. This will help the company in continuously improving its services and the customers in future will be able to enjoy the even better services offered by the company.
4. The feedback submitted by the customers generates two emails, one sent to Customer Services Department of the Company and the other forwarded to the customer with reference number. Customers can use the reference number to contact back with the company and have an email/telephonic conversation with Dollar East support team.
