Dolphin Evo

Dolphin Evolution is a free application for OpenSource EHR Cloud System.

Main features:
You can browse the electronic medical record that has been stored in the Dolphin Evolution server.

- View list of patient visits from patient history in conjunction with ORCA.
- View (prescription, treatment, inspection, etc.) of the patient's treatment history.
- Listed in the medical record, view image information, such as the schema.

About the Dolphin Evolution Project:
It is an open source project, based on the open-source electronic medical record that has been developed with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, was carried out improvement independently by S&I led to the clinic.
