The application and website have minimum of uses to make it easier for users to go through the app and website. The project is focused on Kuwait real estate market and will expand later on the future plans. To start with, the project is a real estate application. Nowadays the online app and websites are more useable compared with the past 10 years. In the app has three main categories (Buy, Rent, Rise and Fall) each part will be explained in the next points. .

What is real estate? Real estate is defined as the land and any permanent structures, like a home, or building, factory, whether natural or man-made. Types of real estate are three: 1- residential. 2- commercial. 3- industrial.
