The Dr Agili application, after installed on your mobile phone, connects you, through an encrypted platform, to health professionals, question service by message, making appointments, making payments, accessing your health data, chronic disease management protocols. Get the continuous care your health needs and collaborate with your care, conveniently on your cell phone.

You can log in and use this app to take care of your health or you can use the Dr Agili app to find a doctor or health professional of your choice.

Access and update your health care and medical care data from your mobile phone
• Your Health Profile - Current medications, known health conditions, allergies, contraindications, family medical history, social history, record of surgeries, vaccines and previous hospitalizations.
• Manage your family's health - Add family user accounts for young children and dependents in your family who need help accessing health services and their health data. The patient (primary user) can create dependent user accounts for up to 6 family members via cell phone.
• Scheduling face-to-face and online appointments

• Health Trackers - Records of your vital signs: blood pressure, blood glucose, pulse, O2 level, temperature; body weight, health condition indicators such as HbA1c, TSH, cholesterol, Hb levels, mood, pain etc; general sleep, exercise and food well-being trackers;
• Your Medical Reports / Reports: Send and view medical reports in image, PDF and DICOM formats
• Health Diary: Enjoy the benefits that your diary will provide you by improving the effects of your treatment. Share your health diary with your healthcare professionals so that they understand how you are doing.

The digital health platform Dr Agili integrates with iHealth Smart biosensors / meters (blood glucose tracker, scale, thermometer, blood oxygen reader and blood pressure meter), as well as integrates with the blood pressure monitor OMRON (HEM-9200T / 9210T) pulling via Bluetooth all values stored in the memory of these devices into the Dr Agili application.

In addition, the app syncs information from the Apple Health Kit directly to the personal health record (RPS) and pulls all the information into the Dr Agili app.

• Ask by Message: Do you have any questions about your medication or any symptoms that bother you? Ask your doctor / healthcare professional what you need to know. Attach photos or test results.
• Ask the Video Specialist: A convenient way to talk to your healthcare professionals when a face-to-face consultation is not required.
• Follow-up and remote monitoring through protocols with health trackers. If you have a chronic health problem or need monitoring at home, your doctor will be able to put you on the personalized monitoring protocol, which requires you to update certain health trackers, which will be monitored by the doctor, and, when necessary, will send you comments.
