環球醫健貼心為你服務，可評估病人情况轉介至指定的專科醫生或醫院跟進。
多專科上線醫生
為用戶清楚類別不同專科的醫生，可以一目了然找到自己的需求。
視像預約
無需出門，於app上看病無障礙。病人可以於該App上選擇適合的專科醫生進行面對面視像看症，上傳相關報告，直接與醫生溝通，然後安排寄藥或其他轉接安排。
留言問診
用戶可以於app上選擇適合的專科醫生進行留言問診，詳述自己的情況，提出問題直接與醫生對話。醫生根據用戶情況做出診斷後也可以安排寄藥服務。
配藥安排
可於app上聯絡藥劑師購買藥品。
醫療意見
病人可諮詢相關的專科醫生討論目前的病況及醫治方法，索取專科醫生的醫療意見，可選擇配藥或不配藥。
