DTDC Bazaar

The DTDC - Bazaar platform is a Web -based marketplace bringing together DTDC Employees & Franchisees to buy and sell all manner of items. It will take advantage of the Internet and World Wide Web to radically improve the way they buy and sell items.


How it works?

1. In DTDC Bazaar, seller is either an employee or franchise of DTDC. Seller posts an Ad for a product for sale. The product may be the used product or product lying in the warehouse of DTDC that is undelivered.

2. Buyer makes an offer against the ad and tries to negotiate the price with the seller. The buyer can also choose to buy right there and makes an online payment.

3. The seller receives a price negotiation request they can approve/reject the offer or send counter offer to the buyer. Buyer then makes the payment to DTDC Bazaar.

4. Upon receiving the payment, the seller delivers the product to the buyer.

5. If the buyer accepts the product, DTDC Bazaar transfers the money to the seller’s account. If the buyer rejects the product, DTDC Bazaar refunds the buyer’s money and returns the seller’s product.
