MyMutuo calculates the feasibility of a mortgage based on the income situation entered in the app. In this case it performs the following calculations:

- installment / income ratio;
- debt ratio;
- the maximum installment that can be sustained according to income and monthly expenses.

The result provides only a rough indication of the sustainability of the installments with respect to the income entered.
The application is to be considered a simple calculator, it does not save the data entered, no profiling and does not communicate any data to third parties.
