All you need to do to ride in style:

1. Open the app and write the address or drag & drop the pin, where you want to go.
2. Your app uses your location so driver knows where to pick you up.
3. You will see the driver’s picture and vehicle’s details and you are able to track the their details on the map live.
4. You are also able to call or text your driver if you need to. Driver’s mobile number is registered in your app.
5. You can make the payment with cash or credit card.
6.There is an SOS panic button in passenger’s app to silently contact your family members in case of need.
6. After ride, you can rate and make comments about the service of the driver to provide us feedback to help improve the Duber experience. You’ll get a receipt by email.
