This app allows any organisation or police agency to start the process of a rapid injunction for someone who is suffering from domestic violence. This is for third-parties who deal with domestic violence issues such as the police(in the UK), women refuge groups, religious institutions and so forth. As these organisations are at the forefront of dealing with domestic violence issues.

This app connects these organisations with in-house trained lawyers that can start the process of a legal injunction. The first 24 hours are crucial in any cases of domestic violence to place an injunction to protect the victim. This app speeds up that process and is a valuable tool to those organisations that deal with individuals who encounter domestic violence.

It is a two-step form filling app which allows an individual to complete a referral within a minute.

The first step is that police or organisation who are reporting an instant of domestic violence first fill in their own details, i.e. the individual dealing with the case. The next step is to capture the data of the individual who has suffered or is suffering from domestic violence.

This data is then securely sent over to the DV Hub team who can then immediately support that individual, by starting the process for legal injunction and giving additional support through the DV Hub network to help break the cycle of domestic violence.
