The APP offers functionalities to any citizen in Portugal, allowing them to report any street light faults or any dangerous power problem detected in the street (unsafe electric closet, bare cables showing…).
As an individual energy client, you can submit your meter readings, with no need to register, regardless of which is your retailer.
In a power cut, we guide through the necessary steps for a correct diagnostic and, if needed, you will be able to report the problem.
