e-Sailor - Sailor Portal

The electronic services portal was created for comfortable viewing of your own documents, status, receiving messages and convenient access to the self-service system.

In the e-Sailor's personal account you can:

- submit an application form to the Inspectorate for Certification and Training of Seafarers to issue a seafarer's record book;
- review the status of the application and track the process of handling the application in real time.


Your seafarer's record book will be sent by postal service to the nearest post branch or by courier to your home.

In the digital account of the navigator, students of maritime training institutions, holders of a working sailor diploma and certified ship personnel can:

- submit an application form to the Maritime Administration for a new or extension of an existing seafarer's passport;
- send an application for the restoration of a passport in case of loss or damage of a seaman's identity card in the state service of sea and river transport of Ukraine;
- remotely check the validity of the main seafarer's identity document, including the expiration date of the seafarer's passport

Electronic submission of documents to confirm the qualification of the seafarer in the SQC:

- apply for passing the State Qualification Commission;
- find out about the decision on verification of documents and confirmation of qualifications in SQC;
- view the official report of documents online.
