通所介護サービス提供する事業所で、機能訓練の加算を申請するための情報を登録するアプリケーションです。
サービスを受けようとしている方の自宅へ訪問した際に、ヒアリングした内容をiPadで入力し、そのデータをサーバーへ送信します。
サーバー側の機能で、iPadから送られたデータを元に、機能訓練計画を立て、最終的に加算に必要となる計画書を作成します。
この計画書の作成の手間を省くことを目的としたアプリケーションが「はやまる」です。
また、サービスを受ける方に計画書の内容を説明し、その際に署名をしていただく機能があります。
