来訪者から担当者への通知は、あらかじめiPad受付システムらいきゃくんの専用アプリをインストールしておくことで、担当者のデスクトップ上にポップアップで表示されます。画面に表示されるポップアップから「対応可能」か「対応不可能」のどちらかを選ぶだけ。忙しい時間もスムーズに対応でき、業務を妨げることなく突然の来客にも即応答できます。
●受付業務を効率化!
iPad受付システムらいきゃくんを導入し、内線電話をなくすことで、受付業務で負担の大きかった内線電話の取り次ぎが0に。
受付対応がラクになり、総務の業務負担の改善につながります。
