介護事業所の運営全般をサポートするソフト「カイポケ」と連動し、ヘルパーさんが外出先で、予定確認・実績登録ができるアプリです。
訪問ヘルパーが利用者宅で、専用のQRコードをこのアプリで読み込むと、自動で勤怠情報とサービス実施情報がカイポケに連携され、勤怠管理、給与計算、サービス実績が自動で記入されます。さらに日々の実施記録をカメラで撮影し、撮影した画像をアプリとカイポケで確認できます。またアプリ利用時にGPSで位置情報を取得し、異常がある場合にカイポケの画面上でお知らせします。
