心の壁を避けつつ、それを不安にぶつけて壊してください。
簡単にいうと、実機が弾を撃って敵を倒す感じです。
「不安、心の壁を全て壊す」と、「心の壁を壊さずに不安だけ壊す」もあります。
個人的には「心の壁を壊さずに不安だけ壊す」がオススメです。
