What is it about?
1.日常巡河：河长巡查时使用，向业务系统后台提交现场巡查数据。河长可以在地图中对巡河中发现的问题进行上传照片（支持多张上传）和问题描述，可直接指定区域内的专管员处理或者提交到乡镇河长办，乡镇河长办通过系统后台对提交的任务安排处置。

2.待办任务：若河长办对某些事件有申请河长审批，在待办任务中，河长可以及时通过了解该事件的整个流程给与批注。
3.督察：可以查看河长办、联席部门、专管员，当天、周、月、季度的在线情况、任务情况，并且以地图的形式直观展示各县任务分布情况。
4.日志：河长从登录APP开始，记录每项河长的每项操作内容，以日历的形式展示方便查看操作记录
