“乐亭民声”继续坚持标准化建设,进一步规范了群众诉求处理流程,简化了群众反映事项步骤,完善了发帖(来电)受理、事项处置、结果反馈、监督考评“四位一体”的运行机制,细化了对部门单位的考核办法,真正实现了咨询有回复、投诉有结果、建言有回音的目标。目前与群众生产生活密切相关的29个政府部门、69个企事业单位和15处镇(街区)共计113个部门单位全部上线服务。每个单位设有专门板块,介绍部门的职能职责、服务承诺、最新出台的政策法规等,方便群众发帖问事和对口查询。
“乐亭民声”现已成为党委政府和人民群众联系沟通的重要纽带、人民群众反映诉求的重要渠道,得到了社会各界的广泛关注和认可,被群众称为24小时不下班的“网上政府”。
