“福建省网上处理交通运输违法行为和缴纳罚款信息平台”提供由福建省交通执法机构处理的罚没款的缴纳功能。
缴款人凭二维码、缴费识别码、机动车信息或船舶信息登陆并查询违法详情，在信息确认无误后进行缴纳罚没款。目前系统支持网上支付的银行有中国工商银行、中国建设银行、交通银行、中国银行、中国农业银行、兴业银行、中国邮政储蓄银行、福建农商银行和银联在线。
通过系统缴款成功后会生成财政电子票据信息（可作为缴纳罚款凭据），交通执法机构自动获取电子票据并据此办理结案手续。如需要罚没款纸质发票，可凭网上缴费时出具的电子票据号码和个人身份证件到指定的银行代开网点打印。
为缴款人提供一站式的服务以及多种的缴费模式。
