工作人员使用自己注册的手机号登录后，使用各模块已授权的账号进行首次授权绑定，则可进入相应模块的进行业务办理。APP包含“全员人口”、“协会基金会”、“托育服务”、“老龄健康”等4大模块，已基本涵盖人口相关工作，全省各级相关工作人员登录后，可实现相关模块的在线提交、审查、办理等相关业务。
（2）待办事项，精确提醒
后台通过点对点，按照模块分类，将待办事项提醒纳入APP首页，方便工作人员可随时随地在线办理业务，提高工作效率。
（3）动态展示，互问互答，随时联动
实现动态展示，互问互答，增强沟通频率，增强各地工作人员的互动。
