游戏共分为七个主战斗场景，分别用卡通画风模式对应人体的体表、体内各部位，画风风趣幽默，战斗紧张激烈，并十分考验玩家的塔防摆放策略和特殊塔防NPC技能的使用技巧。
攻方为对人体有害的各种生活习惯、物质、病菌和病毒等，而守方则为人体的各种免疫细胞、药物、医疗器械及益生菌等等。只有玩家能正确的调动守方大军坚守阵地，才能确保不被顽敌攻破，守卫自己的健康！
