【签约审核】：居民对签约团队的医生发送签约申请，医生在此功能审核，同意或者拒绝居民的签约申请。
【履约提醒】：医生制定未来随访提醒，及时提醒医生履约随访服务。
【签约服务记录】：配合家庭签约系统，查询医生对签约居民的服务记录，一目了然的掌握服务情况。
