患者服务：咨询回复，在科患者查寻，检验/检查查询等。（医生可以根据需要，开通图文咨询，电话咨询，专家出诊等服务。部分服务由于政策原因，暂时无法运行。）
知识服务和医学工具：提供相关医学知识和工具。
个人中心：医生个人基本信息的查看和修改，咨询服务的开通和价格设置。系统信息等。
