工程师的线下履约与线上反馈过程将集中通过移动App实现与坐席实时联动；工程师通过触发工单履约的各个关键节点与客户实时联动，后台系统将自动通过短信接口将履约短信（包括但不限于接单时间、出发时间）推送到客户手机。
