“卒中热线”是中国卒中学会计划于2017年面向中国卒中中心联盟医院提供的卒中临床技术支持项目，为各地卒中中心医师提供卒中临床技术支持，帮助各医院更好提供急性卒中医疗服务，提高卒中中心医疗质量。此APP分为专家端和医生端。
【专家端特点】
便捷智能：以在线抢单形式进行问题解答，通过语音、图文、网络通话等方式与提问方沟通，操作便捷，使交流零障碍。
量身定制：卒中学会专家担任项目顾问，学会青年委员会专家为主要成员，成立技术服务团队。
专业团队：技术服务团队进行轮值，全天接收临床询问，提供技术辅导，真正意义上实现24小时全天在线。
