操作流程:
step 1：启动即刻ProA系列或者即刻ProF系列设备的电源
step 2：启动手机APP，点击首页的右上角‘连接’按钮，如果搜索到设备，将会弹出设备列表，在弹出的设备列表中轻触目标设备就可以完成连接进行操控。
step 3：进行操作：开始跑步、结束运动，跑步速度的加减，跑道仰角的加减
step 4：锻炼结束后，点击‘结束运动’，别忘了拔掉电源哦
